Typing Rules:
The typing skill tests for both English and Hindi will each be worth 25 marks, and these scores will be included in the final assessment. Therefore, the typing skill tests will play a crucial role in determining the merit list.
Tying Language:- The typing skill test will be conducted in both English and Hindi. For the Hindi typing test, only the Inscript Keyboard Layout using the Mangal font will be permitted.
Typing Speed:- The minimum typing speed required to qualify is 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi.
Typing Marks:- The candidate should secure at least 10 marks out of 25 marks in the Type Test on Computer for both English and Hindi Typing respectively. The candidate securing less than 10 marks in any of the typing test either English or Hindi shall not be considered eligible for final selection.
Passage Length:- Candidates will receive a passage of approximately 250 words for the Hindi typing test and a passage of about 300 words for the English typing test. Both passages must be typed within 10 minutes.
Eligibility:
Eligibility Test: Eligibility Test will be of Hindi Dictation and then Typing Skill Test in both English & Hindi.Tying Language:- First Hindi typing skill test followed by the English Typing Skill Test.
Tying Font:- For Hindi typing there is option for Kruti Dev 010 font as well as for Mangal Inscript font.
Typing Speed:- Minimum 30 words per minute (w.p.m).
Time Duration:- 10 minutes.
Passage Length:- About 300 words.
Exam Pattern:
The typing passage will be displayed at the top of the screen, while the designated typing area will be located below it.
There will be no word highlighting, no error highlighting, and no automatic scrolling during the typing tests.
The backspace key is fully enabled, allowing candidates to correct any errors at any time during the typing tests.
To get qualified Candidate must have typed minimum 300 words in each of the English & Hindi typing skill test.
