Revised Guidelines for Typing Test for the post of Chandigarh Administration Clerk
1. Duration of the Test will be 10 Minutes.
2. Space in between the words would be counted as a stroke.
3. Printed material would be provided for the Test.
4. Wrongly typed word would be counted as mistake.
5. The candidates belonging to physically handicapped category, who have not been exempted from Typing Test, will be given 3 minutes 20 second extra time against 10 minutes test, on production of a medical certificate from the Civil Surgeon / Competent Authority.
Chandigarh Administration Steno And Clerk Result Recruitment Details
The Chandigarh Administration steno and clerk recruitment was conducted by the Chandigarh Administration Department of Personnel. Under this recruitment,clerk and Steno(typist) will be filled in UT Chandigarh. Interested aspirants who have applied for the post of clerk or steno appeared in the written entrance exam.
Candidates who will pass the written exam will be shortlisted for the typing test. The typing test will be different for both posts. For the post of clerk, a candidate must have a typing speed of 35 WPM (words per minute). And for the steno post, a candidate should be able to type with a speed of 80 WPM.
