Typing Test
Typing Test: After qualifying the written examination, candidates will have to undergo a typing test both in English and Hindi language. A 15 minutes time will be allotted for each section. Candidates need to have a typing speed of 20 Words Per Minute in both the languages. This will be qualifying in nature. As mentioned above, the Rajasthan Informatics Assistant Typing Test will be qualifying in nature. First, the Hindi Section will appear on the screen followed by the English Section and there will be 15 mins allotted for each section. There will be a 5 mins time gap in between these two sections. Candidates will have to type 300 Correct Words in 15 mins in both the sections. For that, they need to have a minimum typing speed of 20 Words Per Minute in both the languages. Candidates should practice typing on their computers or typewriters well in advance because Typing Speed is something which comes with practice. Candidates can follow the following tips to improve their typing for clearing the Rajasthan Informatics Assistant Typing Test: Practice typing on a computer or typewriter in advance to improve typing speed Focus on the screen and avoid looking at the keyboard Limited backspace access during the examination, so focus on accuracy and avoid errors Follow the ASDFG (left hand) and LKJH (right hand) rule while practicing English typing Sit straight and avoid resting hands on the keyboard to maintain typing speed.
